LADY CUTZ

I moved from London to the South coast 17 years ago where the music scene wasn’t as big.

During the first Lockdown in April 2020, my husband (DJ Dubz) who has been a DJ for some years and is also a Dj on OneDance Radio, re ignited my passion for music and taught me how to mix. I haven’t stoped since!!

I started playing on an internet Radio station back in June 2020 and went on to join the OneDanceRadio team, where I have my weekly show now.

I have a real passion for new & old skool House ‘n’ Garage, and love checking out the new releases to stay current, as well as dropping some old skool bangers!

I love the work of Producers such as John Summit, Dan T, BassBoy & of Course MixBoy Wonder & artists/DJ’s such as Ms Pink, Leanne Louise, Mighty Mini and many more!

I have played a couple of small private events but would love to play bigger events and venues in the future! I would love to use my DJ-ing to do something for charity.

As well as my DJ-ing I am currently learning British Sign Language, Level 1(BSL) and sometimes sign the first track of my set! I love that I can bring a form of music to everyone!

I am currently perfecting my DJ-ing skills & learning new techniques .

I have recently entered the  “Beatports Big Break” competition run by Beatport & Pioneer DJ Global. Fingers crossed for that one !

I am excited to see what’s around the corner!

DJ-ing for me came at a time when I was struggling with my mental health and it has provide me with an escape. When I am playing, I don’t think of anything else and get lost in the music.  “Music is definitely Medicine” and I am passionate about sharing the music with everyone!
